About the Role

You will play a strategic role in shaping the next phase of IP capability development in Singapore and the region. As part of the team driving national IP skills strategy, you will help build a future‑ready IP workforce that supports innovation, enterprise growth, and Singapore’s position as a global IP hub.

In this role, you will lead efforts to understand current and emerging IP skills needs through rigorous labour market analysis, industry intelligence, and international benchmarking. You will translate these insights into concrete programmes, learning pathways, and capability‑building initiatives that address the evolving demands of IP practice across sectors.
