Job Description
What the role is:
SG Courts will enable you to help us achieve the Judiciary’s vision of inspiring public trust and confidence in providing an effective and accessible justice system in an outward-facing, court user-centric Judiciary. The SICC is a court of first instance which hears claims that are international and commercial in nature. The SICC Registry is responsible for the management and disposal of cases in the SICC and appeals from the SICC.
What you will be working on:- Work closely with Singapore and International Judges as well as Judicial Officers in matters affecting cases before the SICC and on appeals from the SICC;
- Manage cases filed in or transferred from the GDHC to the SICC through analysing, reviewing, monitoring and processing documents in accordance with the applicable legislation, rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures and policies;
