Job Summary

​The scope and breadth of responsibility will include oversight of pharmacy services for assigned campus(es), regions, or platforms. Perform and execute tasks that include planning, development, implementation, and supervision of pharmacy services at Geisinger. Facilitates and ensures the coordination of patient care through the continuum.
Job Duties


+ ​Assumes the responsibility for comprehensive oversight and accountability for pharmacy practice, comprehensive medication management, medication use process, and transitions of care for the patients served by Geisinger.

+ Empowers, motivates, and provides mentorship for other pharmacy leaders and staff across the system.

+ Provides oversight to ensure staff are guided and mentored appropriately to provide optimum and effective care to patients.

+ Acts as a role model to staff for engagement and team dynamics.
