[What the role is]

The Operations Transformation Division (OTD), part of NEA's Strategic Planning and Policy Group, drives the various Concept of Operations (ConOps) reviews and redesign of critical operations to strengthen resilience, enhance safety protocols, and ensure future-readiness across NEA's diverse operational portfolio. This role supports the Division in building robust organisational capabilities for sustained transformation. The role centres on institutionalising systematic improvement frameworks and driving operational excellence across critical domains such as after-death services, regulatory agility and enterprise-wide contract risk management.
