Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director of Business Services supports the Director of Business Services in administering the financial, personnel, and operational functions of Housing and Residence Life within a complex auxiliary environment. This position assists with managing a unified departmental budget exceeding $57 million and supports financial planning efforts associated with ongoing capital renovation and refurbishment projects totaling more than $70 million. The role supports budget development, financial forecasting, expenditure tracking, auditing, financial reporting, and transaction processing while utilizing enterprise systems such as Banner, Report Central, Tableau, Concur, NinerTalent, and NinerWorks.
