Key Performance AreasStrengthen the internal capacity of Municipalities to deliver on their mandate; Manage and co-ordinate municipal support interventions; Monitor and evaluation cross-cutting projects (Shared Services, Grant Management, Performance Management at municipal level); Gather all relevant information related to Municipal Performance and Compliance; Human Resource Management; Financial Management.
