Lead and steward the Ministry’s Records Management (RM) and Parliamentary Questions (PQ) management frameworks to ensure proper governance and achieve desired policy outcomes. Shape and implement MOH‑wide RM and PQ policies, frameworks, processes, and standards, translating Whole‑of‑Government requirements and MOH’s strategic intent into clear, practical, and implementable actions.
