Job Description
What the role is:
Lead and steward the Ministry’s Records Management (RM) and Parliamentary Questions (PQ) management frameworks to ensure proper governance and achieve desired policy outcomes. Shape and implement MOH‑wide RM and PQ policies, frameworks, processes, and standards, translating Whole‑of‑Government requirements and MOH’s strategic intent into clear, practical, and implementable actions. Provide functional leadership to align MOH divisions on policy interpretation and application of RM and PQ requirements. Safeguard institutional knowledge and uphold MOH’s credibility in Parliament while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
