Job Description
Primary Purpose
The Assistant Director of Admission is responsible for meeting the undergraduate enrollment and tuition revenue goals of the University of the Pacific. Using professional judgment and nationally recognized best practices, the Assistant Director markets the campus to a wide audience and presents information in an influential manner to drive enrollment. Under broad general direction from the Director and Associate Directors, the Assistant Director plans a strategized marketing effort within assigned territories to enroll an academically talented and diverse student population.
Essential Functions
- Recruit students in an assigned territory by determining appropriate travel schedules and marketing initiatives to drive enrollment goals. This includes, but is not limited to, high‑school visits, community‑college visits, large‑scale university expositions, and other activities to gather leads.
