Patriot Group International Inc. has a full-time, exempt employee opening for a Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) Instructor. This position will be located in our Okinawa, Japan based training operations location. This position reports to the PGI Program Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Provide planning, coordination, and instruction for Close Quarters Tactics as they apply to maritime interdiction operations (MIO)
• Conduct MIO familiarization and performance-orientated instruction that relate precisely to VBSS operations during daylight and reduced visibility.
• Provide instruction and practical application of multiple insertion methods (Helicopter Assault Force (HAF), Boat Assault Force (BAF), and Combined HAF/BAF), external entry, personnel processing, and tactical withdrawal.
• Enhance the knowledge students obtained in the pre-requisite CQT Course for application to maritime operations.
