Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Assistant Controller to support financial leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with the Controller to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen cost accounting and internal controls. The ideal candidate combines technical accounting expertise with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and the ability to lead and develop a team.


Key Responsibilities

+ Support the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting

+ Oversee and enhance cost accounting processes, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation

+ Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
