SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Mammoet is seeking a motivated Assistant Controller to support our finance team.

In this role, you will help oversee the financial performance of both small and large projects by accurately tracking and recording revenues, expenses, and earnings in accordance with Mammoet’s HSE, business, and quality standards.

Working closely with Project Controllers, Project Managers, and Finance leadership, you will contribute to strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement through a collaborative and detail‑focused approach.

This will be a temporary, full‑time position operating out of our Edmonton office.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead core accounting function of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables including approval of payment runs, clearings, reporting and various other requests.
• Support month end and year end process including journal entries, reconciliations and analysis.
