What You'll Be Doing:
Checking and reporting on designer, contractor and associatedpartiescompliance with the contract and progress of works.
Coordination with site team toascertaincontractual and practical measures to ensure compliance with requirements. Advice on specific requirements of the contract and performance inaccordance therewith.
Assessing contractual implications of site decisions and optimization of practical contract conditions
Review of contractual correspondence from and to contractors and consultants
Maintenance of trackers for securities, earlywarningsand claims
