- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/ Ground Engineering
- Position Title: Assistant Contracts Manager
- Working Location: Site & Office Based (Office near City Hall MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days (Depending on project), 44 hrs per week
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Provide support in contract administration tasks.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Track variations and change orders, ensuring prompt submission and agreement.
- Support the handling of subcontractor and supplier contract matters.
- Assist in developing and tracking project budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting.
- Review and validate payment claims, progress claims, and final account submissions.
