Position: Assistant Contracts Manager Salary: $6,500 - $8,200 Working Hour: Mon‑Fri | 8.30am-5.30pm Location: Kaki Bukit (Walking distance from MRT) Job Description
- Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS
- Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration
- Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts
- Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense
- Project and Sub-Contract Final Account
- Claims for additional payment and EOT
- Safeguard company contractual rights
- In charge of tender submission
- Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
