Job Description

Job Summary

Large and complex claims handling and managerial support

Job Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the large and complex liability and property claims

  • Provide data analytics for Commercial portfolios

  • Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiatives

  • Responsible for orgranizing customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slides

  • Adheres to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards

  • Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks

  • Compliance with customer protocols/service charter

  • Bachelor degree or above with equivalent working experience

  • 5 years or above experience in Liability and Property claims preferably with large and complex claims managem...
