We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Assistant Chief Concierge to support the Chief Concierge in leading a dedicated Concierge team and ensuring the highest levels of personalized service for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Concierge in managing daily Concierge operations, ensuring efficient and personalized guest assistance at all times.

• Supervise, train, and motivate the Concierge and Bell teams to uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns—both in person and digitally.

• Organize and recommend transportation, dining reservations, event tickets, local tours, shopping, and bespoke experiences.
