Job Description

The Department

The job holder is responsible in the strategic planning and logistical execution of events and engagement activities of the Trust to Club's Senior Members in order to let them reinforce the Club's/Trust's image, the impact of the Trust-funded projects and reputation as the biggest community benefactor in Hong Kong and one of the world's top 10 Charitable Foundations. She will collaborate with multiple divisions within the Club and other external stakeholders such as NGOs, academic partners, foundations and government partners etc. in arranging engagement activities.

The Job

  • Support the team in the planning and preparation of Trust's signature events (e.g., Scholarship Dinner, Community Trophy Race Day, and Philanthropy for Better Cities Forum, etc)
  • Devise and implement stakeholder engagement action plan to support the Trust's initiatives especially on event and activities to Club's Voting Member...
