Purpose of the Job

As an Assistant Business Controller, your mission is to support the oversight of the company’s financial activities and to assist the Business Controller and General Manager in effective decision‑making by providing accurate financial analysis and insights. This role supports the safeguarding of company assets through proper internal controls, while contributing to the identification of process improvements and efficiency opportunities.

The Assistant Business Controller supports activities related to financial systems, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and investment and profitability analysis. By working closely with the Finance team and cross‑functional departments, this role helps ensure that business strategies and plans are properly developed, implemented, and monitored to support sustainable and profitable growth. You will report to the Business Controller and provide support to the General Manager as required.
