Division: Retail Banking Department: Various Branch Network Reports to: Financial Center Manager Status: Non-Exempt Grade: 78
Pay Range: $21.55 - $36.63
Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location: Aquidneck Island / Secondary location - Newport, RI
Purpose/Objective: Assists the Financial Center Manager with growing the Bank by managing customer relationships, directing branch operations, supervising team members and while ensuring that the entire team is consistently providing excellent customer service. Key Accountabilities:
+ Educates clients on our products and services offered in the branches and digitally. Initiates, processes and closes various loans, including Consumer, Home Equities and Small Business. Is adept at asking clients questions rela...
