Job Description
As an Assistant Administration Officer at BSM, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across office functions to ensure efficient dayβtoβday running of the business. You will work closely with multiple teams to coordinate administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of processes that connect ship and shore.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties as required by the MTC Training Manager.
- Provide information regarding internal and external training courses and programs as requested.
- Supply information regarding the scope and content of the courses to SMC and CSC Training Superintendents.
- Issue course certificates to seafarers.
- Arrange type specific ECDIS courses.
