Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily financial operations for the Singapore entity.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and annual budgets from scratch, including collating inputs from budget owners, presenting to management, and submitting reports to the Asia Pacific Office.
- Oversee the effective operation of accounting and reporting, taxation, forex, hedging, cash flow management, and risk management functions.
- Actively participate in SOX compliance and other internal control improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, audit, tax, and internal policies, including reviewing and submitting GST returns.
- Review payment vouchers.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents on year-end audits and tax computations.
- Perform balance sheet reviews for the Singapore entity.
- Liaise with the regional office and other stakeholders as required.
