We are working with a well-established Darlington-based organisation who are looking to appoint an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team. This is a newly created role supporting the continued development of the business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide support across the finance function, managing day-to-day accounting activities, reporting, payroll support, and system administration. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, experience using Sage 50, and the ability to work accurately while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
