Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Handle day-to-day accounting (AR, AP, Inventory, GL) and treasury related functions (cash management operation activities) of the company. Ensure financial transactions recorded are following IFRS and Yara policy

  • Responsible for all month-end and year end activities (monthly journals, schedules, and reconciliations) and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to HQ

  • Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the upgrading of SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana.

  • Ensure that the internal control processes are being followed and are in line with Yara policy

  • Assist in internal and external audit procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across organization (eg projects within different functions) to ensure smooth process and positive working relationship

  • Facilitate resolution of accounting issues with stakeholders, using the functional expertise
