Assets Support Officer – Maldon District Council

Permanent, Full Time

Salary: From £30,599.83 to £32,489.41 per annum

Location: Maldon

Closing Date: 17th June 2026

Hybrid working – expected to attend the office 2 days per week.

Role Purpose

Develop, deliver and maintain the asset management system. Work on a wide and varied programme of works to provide a repair and maintenance service to Council assets, ensuring detailed and accurate records are kept and demonstrating professionalism, inclusivity and customer focus.

Accountabilities – Service Delivery

• Provide key technical support to the Principal Assets Manager.
• Maintain, monitor and continuously develop the Asset Management system.
