This is an exciting time to join us. We own or manage around 7,000 homes across North Somerset, Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, and Sedgemoor and we’re continually evolving to make the best use of our assets and deliver great places to live.
We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Asset Valuation and Disposal Specialist to take ownership of our property disposals programme and drive smart, data-led decisions that shape our portfolio for the future.
You will appraise asset data to identify poorly performing properties and investment opportunities and provide overall coordination of our disposals programme.
