Job Description

  • Asset Transfers Officer - 6-month FTC
  • Asset Transfers role within an Asset Management firm

    • About Our Client

    UK based Asset Manager.

    Job Description

    Asset Transfer Processing

  • Manage end-to-end processing of asset transfers (e.g. ISAs, pensions, GIA accounts)
  • Liaise with external counterparties (custodians, platforms, ceding firms) to facilitate transfers
  • Monitor transfer pipelines and proactively follow up on outstanding cases
  • Ensure timely settlement and accurate reconciliation of transferred assets

    • Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide updates to internal teams (Client Services, Relationship Managers) on transfer status
  • Handle queries from advisers and clients in a professional and timely manner

    • Controls & Reconciliation

  • Perform daily and periodic reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in asset positions...
