Asset Transfers Analyst
Job Description
As an Asset Transfers Analyst, you will support all aspects of the account funding and asset transfer process for Private Client and Institutional clients. Your role will involve reviewing, interpreting, and validating information on client account statements to ensure successful transfer of various asset types. You will communicate with internal Client Service and Relationship Managers to obtain necessary documentation and ensure timely account funding, manage inbound requests through internal workflow systems, and navigate multiple systems and applications to process transfers and respond to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities

+ Manage inbound requests through internal workflow systems, adhering to service-level expectations and prioritizing tasks based on urgency.

+ Work directly with external custodians to initiate and track transfers, process gifting requests, and complete related reporting or audits.
