Key Responsibilities
Process and manage securities transfer requests accurately and within timelines
Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties, custodians, and stakeholders to support smooth transaction processing
Monitor and resolve transfer issues, exceptions, and reconciliation breaks
Perform daily operational and control checks to ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements
Handle operational queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives, risk controls, and project-related activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities
