JOB SUMMARY:
The Asset Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Asset Management
team and overseeing the full lifecycle management of UGEP’s renewable energy assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the existing team of asset management (AM) and
  operation & maintenance (O&M) professionals, fostering a collaborative and high
  performing work environment.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding of 4 new team members to reach a team
  size of 10 by the end of the year.
• Set clear team and individual objectives, conduct performance reviews, and identify
  training and development needs.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
