**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Choctaw Nation through inventory control of its fixed assets including equipment location and tagging, data entry and related property control responsibilities. You will report to the Senior Asset Coordinator.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will schedule and conduct physical inventories with each program and department annually.
2. Recommend improvements, adaptations or revisions to inventory procedures and reporting.
3. Report losses for follow up by law enforcement and accounting staff.
4. Respond to audit inquiries relating to physical identification/location of new assets.
5. You will identify, tag and enter fixed assets into system.
6. Research fair market value to establish basis for property received as surplus equipment or donations.
