: The purpose of this position is to effectively assist in the life-cycle management of ICT assets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Ensure all asset accountability forms are completed and that all details are correct and accurate.

Apply tools, techniques, and processes to update and maintain the asset register in a timely manner that enables accurate tracking and recording of asset details.

Coordinate the proper collection of assets from ACT Government sites to other designated locations including supplier warehouses, for disposal.

Contribute to the development of the rolling asset audit program and undertake regular audits in conjunction with client directorates.

Assist with the development and amendment to Standard Operating and other procedures.

Process customer enquiries, by effectively establishing and maintaining business relationships with ACT Government staff and suppliers.
