Key Responsibilities
The Assessment Scientist will play a key role in strengthening Right Management’s assessment science capabilities by contributing to the design, research, and validation of assessment content across behavioral, psychometric, and simulation-based methodologies.
The role will support the Assessment -COE in ensuring that all assessment solutions are grounded in scientific rigor, psychometric robustness, and business relevance. The individual will work closely with consulting, product, and leadership teams to ensure assessment solutions are grounded in strong psychometric principles and aligned with business outcomes.
1. Assessment Research & Development
Contribute to the design and development of behavioral, psychometric, and simulation-based assessment content.
