**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies of food processing equipment according to blueprints and other written and verbal specifications. This role requires the operation of production line equipment with a level of complexity requiring specified training to assemble products, units, machines, equipment, and subassemblies.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate production line equipment and assemble products, units, machines, equipment, and subassemblies.
+ Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, cut and fit pipe and tubing.
+ Remove small quantities of metal using hand files, emery cloth, or portable grinders to clean parts and produce a close fit between parts.
