**Aerospace Assembly Technician - Poway - 1st & 2nd Shift**

**Job Description**

The Assembly Technician builds a variety of electrical cables used in aircraft and ground control stations, following detailed drawings, schematics, and written work instructions. This role performs wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing using both manual and automated tools, while adhering to quality standards, safety procedures, and lean principles in a calm, organized production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build and assemble various cables used in aircraft and ground control stations according to engineering and production requirements.
+ Determine and follow methods and sequences of operations for assembly tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
