**Assembler / General Laborer - $16 an hour**

Shift: 6am-2:30pm

**Position Summary**

Due to continued growth—particularly with Caterpillar—we are seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers/General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building wooden crates and boxes to precise customer specifications while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble wooden boxes and crates according to detailed customer specifications
+ Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools in a production setting
+ Use and read a tape measure accurately to ensure proper dimensions and quality
