Assembly Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate - $30 - $36/hr.
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Assembly Maintenance Technicians to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational maintenance skills and progress under the guidance of Maintenance Technicians. You will work with predominantly 20+ year-old dial-type and chain-driven MK platform machines and actively participate in the facility's TPM/DTM culture.
Responsibilities
+ Follow Lead Technician guidance, including routine inspections, lubrication, filter changes, and component replacements.
+ Respond to equipment breakdowns, assisting with diagnosis, disassembly, and reassembly.
+ Participate in the Apprenticeship Program, completing 8,000 hours of structured on-the-job training across various work process categories.
