**Assembly Machine Operator - $20/hr**

We are looking for experienced **CNC Machine Operators** to join a fast-paced production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into an advanced operator position through hands-on training.

**💼 What You’ll Do**

+ Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and process production components
+ Perform tool changes and make machine adjustments as needed
+ Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
+ Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure quality
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
