**Job Title: Tear Down Technician / Pump Assembler**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on disassembling, inspecting, and assisting in the repair process of pumps, blowers, and compressors used in water and oil applications. You will carefully break down equipment, take precise measurements, and support accurate repair quotes while also contributing to inspection, assembly, and testing activities in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Disassemble pumps used in water and oil industries, breaking down each unit according to established procedures.
+ Use micrometers and calipers to take precise measurements of pump components after disassembly.
+ Operate torque and impact tools, as well as other hand and power tools, to safely disassemble and assemble equipment.
+ Document and communicate measurement results and component conditions to a partner or team member to support accurate customer repair quotes.
