**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling large, custom industrial crates and smaller corrugated boxes in a bright, clean manufacturing environment. You will work from shop drawings and saw cards to build crate components and complete assemblies using hand and power tools, ensuring accurate measurements and sturdy construction. The position involves repetitive assembly work with wood materials and offers opportunities to contribute to both large-scale special projects and ongoing production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble large custom industrial crates, typically around 10 feet long and 4 feet wide and deep, for special projects and ongoing production.
+ Build crate components such as bases, lids, ends, and shelves using nail guns, impact drivers, screws, and other hand and power tools.
