Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (or trade school education)


• Experience with mechanical assembly or similar hands-on work


• Ability to use basic hand and power tools


• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity


• Ability to follow written instructions and process sheets


• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fine motor assembly work or detailed mechanical builds


• Experience performing minor repairs or rework
