**Job Description**

As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling small magnetic pieces for the Aerospace, Aviation, and Med Device Industries. You will follow detailed work orders and instructions to ensure the precise construction of assemblies.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and maintain magnetizing, demagnetizing, and marking equipment.
+ Train other assemblers in equipment use and assembly techniques.
+ Provide initial approval and limited supervision for other assemblers.
+ Assemble intricate magnet components following detailed blueprints and work instructions.
+ Understand and follow stringent quality, customer, and safety requirements.
+ Apply knowledge of Lean Manufacturing to enhance assembly processes.
+ Adhere strictly to quality, safety, and customer-related procedures.
