**Job Description**

The Assembly Associate is responsible for manufacturing coils, assembling finished products, and performing assigned soldering processes in a clean, organized production environment. This role supports the full production cycle by assembling small components, following detailed production documentation, and ensuring that all products meet current quality and process specifications. This role will pay $20 - $21 an hour and it will be 4, 10-hour shifts Mon-Thur, 6AM - 4:30 PM with overtime available on Friday.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manufacture coils and assemble finished products in accordance with production control documentation and established procedures.
+ Perform soldering of components, cabling, and wiring configurations, with training provided as needed.
