Asphalt Plant Operative

We are currently seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team at Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. This role will report directly to the Asphalt Plant Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch asphalt and carry out general day‑to‑day maintenance of the plant.
• Operate a loading shovel and perform weighbridge operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations on site, including:
• Day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of the asphalt plant.
• Promoting the company’s safety culture through example.
• Operating systems in accordance with procedures.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Experience working within an asphalt plant is an advantage; a positive record and attitude towards health and safety are required. Training will be provided.
