Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and grow market share.
• Develop and manage distributor and retailer relationships.
• Execute sales plans, product launches, and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Collect market feedback and report sales metrics.
• Conduct territory visits and train retail staff.

Job Specification

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in import/export, FMCG, or tech distribution.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of local market and trade channels.
• Basic MS Excel and CRM proficiency.
• Target-driven, organized, and able to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Urdu and English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
• Valid driving license advantageous.
