• Review and oversee balance sheet reconciliations: Cash, AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Intercompany


• Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions


• Monitor cash flow and treasury operations


• Payment terms, collections performance, optimization opportunities


• Ensure internal control compliance


• Support cross-functional projects

Oversee accounting, treasury, and internal controlsSupport system migration and data validation (SAP/Dynamics)

• 4-5 years of experience (minimum) in similar roles


• Advanced English (mandatory)


• Shared services experience. Experience in global companies, services, or FMCG


• Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Dynamics


• Advanced Excel skills

• $70,000-85,000 MXN Gross Monthly + Benefits of Law


• Hybrid: 2 days in office (Polanco)
