  • You have a strong employment background with payroll remediation experience
  • You are experienced in industrial relations law
  • You have the ability to provide support on a new payroll platform. This will involve reviewing and drafting business requirements and designing and/or implementing a payroll remediation program that is comprehensive, transparent and ensuring it meets all relevant IR and employment law obligations
