We are looking for a freelance administrative professional to support our international clients with setting up Spanish companies and registering individuals as autónomo.

You will guide clients through all relevant procedures, check documentation, and coordinate with public institutions where needed. The role is fully remote, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end support for SL formations (via CIRCE, notary coordination, Registro Mercantil)
• Reviewing and verifying client documents
• Communicating with clients, notaries, and public entities
• Ensuring smooth and compliant handling of each case

Requirements

• You are registered as colaborador social with the AEAT,
• You have access to CIRCE,
• Professional-level English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Spanish administrative procedures
• Reliable and available ±8 hours per week
