Job Description
This is not a generic sales role. Substance is representing a high-growth global SaaS platform transforming brand. The platform sits across BSS, OSS, monetization, digital enablement, and go-to-market orchestration β powering next-gen digital brands for major operators globally.
We are looking for a high calibre ASEAN Revenue & Growth Director based in Singapore (or in ASEAN markets) to drive enterprise growth across ASEAN markets.
If you have sold multi-million-dollar BSS/OSS transformation deals into Tier-1 or Tier-2 businesses β and you already have C-level relationships in the region β this conversation is for you.
What You Will Own
This is a strategic revenue leadership role, not account farming.
You will:
- Lead large strategic accounts across Singapore and ASEAN
- Build and convert high-value enterprise pipeline (At least 8-15M+ ARR deal size)
