Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join a successful and expanding national asbestos team. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in the Midlands region, with a hybrid working model and travel required to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct building surveys and bulk sampling.
• Perform asbestos air monitoring, including issuing Certificates of Re‑occupation and Statements of Cleanliness.
• Provide expert advice to clients on legal requirements, regulations, and industry standards related to asbestos management.
• Prepare accurate reports and plans in standard formats.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly quality requirements.
